Payment of Fees

At Ubunifu College, we offer flexible and convenient options for fee payments. Students can make payments via Paystack directly from their dashboard, ensuring a seamless and secure transaction process. You also have the option to pay in installments; however, each installment must be settled within the first 5 days of the month or semester.

Fees are determined based on the college’s operating expenses, which may fluctuate in response to economic conditions. It is essential that all fees are paid as invoiced, on or before the due date, to maintain active enrollment and participation in courses.

In addition to making payments via Paystack directly from your student dashboard, we also accept payments through the following methods, available upon request; Ubunifu College Bank Account via cash deposit, Cheque, Mobile Money Transfer, or Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS).

Please note, with the exception of special arrangements, Ubunifu College does not accept personal cheques or cash payments at the campus.

School Fee Policies

1. Payment by Installments
   Payment in installments is allowed. However, all monthly installments must be settled within the first 5 days of each month or semester.
2. Fee Determination
   Fees are calculated based on the overall operating expenses of Ubunifu College. These fees may fluctuate periodically in response to prevailing economic conditions.
3. Payment Obligation
   Admission or continuation in training requires an express or implied promise to pay fees. Fees must be paid as invoiced, on or before the due date, without exception.
4. Refund Policy
   Within the ephemeral grace of the initial month, eligibility for refund arises for the rare specter of classes untouched; beyond this veil, a labyrinthine restitution emerges—a fractional reprieve of 40% materializes only within the twilight of a half-year, contingent on the specter of total absence from participation. All reimbursements, guided by the mystic hand of policy, shall unerringly journey back to the inscrutable origins of the account(s) whence they came.
